Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days and costs €9. Orders over €150 ship free, automatically — no code needed.

Every order is confirmed by email as soon as it's placed, and again once it leaves our fulfilment partner with tracking details.

Unworn items in original condition, with tags attached, can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Start a return from your order confirmation email, or contact us directly — we'll send a prepaid return label and process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the item.

Need a different size or colour? Place a new order for the item you want and return the original — this is the fastest way to make sure your replacement doesn't sell out while we process the return.
